This precise interface also ensures comfortable delivery of the final restoration and excellent gingival health. Custom implant abutments are available in Titanium and Zirconia with Titanium Base and some Zirconia Base to fit your patients’ individual needs.

Impression Requirements:
Use manufacture’s tool to remove healing cap and to place transfer coping. Ensure components are fully engaged before tightening screw. Take an X-Ray to verify proper seating of components. Also ensure transfer coping does not hit the tray. Use heavy body vinyl polysilioxane impression material and record impression. Based on whether the impression is taken as a close tray or open tray methods, follow the manufacture guidelines for removing the impression. Place back the healing cap.
Zirconia (Zirconium Oxide) is becoming one of the most chosen materials for dental crowns and bridges. Framework is designed and milled by using CAD/CAM technology. Porcelain is layered on a zirconia framework, resulting in naturally beautiful crowns and bridges.
